Left Lane: Bruce Litton - 4.699 / 287.90 Massey was up in smoke right off the starting line and clicked it off. Litton launched hard and was on a really good pass until the top end when it started moving around. He was off the throttle early, but still goes to the top of the list and wins the Last Man standing Award. Left Lane: Bobby Lagana Jr. - 4.988 / 267.11 They both shut off early, but both with real nice passes. Bruce Litton (Lucas Oil Dragster) (L) Kevin Jones (Interstate Equipment Rental Dragster) 0.096 / 4.950 / 297.48 Litton with a slight starting line advantage and never looked back for the win light. He will get the bye into the final. Jones gave him a good run for the money with his best pass of the weekend. Sunday Eliminations #2:
(W) Bruce Litton (Lucas Oil Dragster) *** Unopposed *** Litton was on a good looking pass and then clicked it off early. He will give up lane choice to Lagana. This is Litton's third final round in the last three events, and his 42nd career final round. Sunday Eliminations #3:
(W) Bobby Lagana Jr. (POW/MIA (L) Bruce Litton (Lucas Oil Dragster) 0.114 / 4.998 / 225.82 Weather conditions: air temperature 83 degrees, relative humidity 43 percent, barometer 29.70 inches, adjusted altitude 2,514 feet, track temperature 127 degrees. Litton with the starting line and the lead until around 1000 feet when the engine used itself up in a big fireball. Lagana with his quickest pass of eliminations for the win light.
